- All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and most items will ship in 8-10 business days from date of purchase. The shipping date may vary based on the current sales volume. If your order must be delivered by a specific date, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

- Returns
- If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, please contact Customer Service within 3 business days of the receipt of your item. We will authorize the return and will issue a refund within 3 business days after the item has been returned. The item must be returned in brand new, saleable condition or no refund will be issued. Refunds cannot be issued for custom or personalized items.
- Payment
- Payment for your item can be made via a credit card, personal check or money order, or through PayPal. Orders paid for via a personal check will be held for 7 business days before the order will be processed. If paying by personal check or money order, please mail to:

- Viewing Orders
- If you create an account with us during the purchase process, you will be able to login to your account to view your order and the shipping information. If you do not create an account, you will not be able to access the order details.
- Updating Account Information
- Once an order has been placed, you are unable to change the billing or shipping address. Please contact us immediately if this information has changed. We are not able to make changes to the shipping address once an item has shipped.
