outstanding customer service

This was my first purchase with MRC. I called emailed them with a very different custom design and they immediately got to work to see if it was possible. They were able to make my custom design work and sent me the proof the same day. I let them know the date I needed it by and they made it their goal to get it here a week earlier and they did. It was very nicely wrapped and protected in the box. The quality of work looks great. This is the best customer service I have ever had. I can't wait to work with them again.

Signs were nicely done

The only reason why I gave this 4 instead of 4 stars is that I had ordered two signs for each side of the gate. Unfortunately they do not match - the top of the writing is larger on one side than the other. I used them - but it bothers me a littte. However it is on an a gate that is not used as the main entrance. I would use this company again but give them a little more info as to what I was expecting. The price was certainly right.
