Delivery

All products will be shipped via UPS or USPS, and most items will ship in 8-10 business days from date of purchase. The shipping date may vary based on current sales volume. If your order must be delivered by a specific date, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.

Returns

If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased, please contact Customer Service within 15 business days of the receipt of your item. We will authorize the return and will issue a refund within 3 business days after the item has been returned. The item must be returned in brand new, saleable condition or no refund will be issued. Refunds cannot be issued for custom or personalized items.
